Program Design, Implementation, and Management- is a planning and management framework under which several activities, or project sub-components, are funded and executed on an integrated basis to achieve results. Program design needs to include all interested and affected stakeholders from the outset.  P3 for Humanity’s project design team can oversee the co-creation, conceptualization, analysis, and detailed design aspects of your project. Collaboration, consultations, and peer reviews with experts will be used.  P3 for Humanity can serve as a liaison with partners, local stakeholders, and with other donors in establishing project priorities and broad design parameters. In tandem with our other services, P3 for Humanity can provide expert technical advice before and during design, and implementation phases, as well as with improved management practices.

Our experts are fully knowledgeable of the Sustainable Development Goals’ s (SDG’s), accepted globally as the standards across seventeen sectoral frameworks,

“the Sustainable Development Goals or Global Goals are a collection of 17 interlinked global goals designed to be a "blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all". The SDGs were set in 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly and are intended to be achieved by the year 2030.”

P3 for Humanity’s experts come with backgrounds from leading development organizations, incorporating SDGs and Sphere standards into their programmatic design.
